F.5 Students Explore the World of Recruitment at Gravitas

On April 14th, 17 Form 5 students participated in a JA Workplace Immersion Program at Gravitas Recruitment Group. As an international specialist in insurance, banking, and technology recruitment, the company provided the perfect setting for our students to step out of the classroom and experience the corporate world firsthand.

During the afternoon visit, students were paired with experienced staff members to learn about the daily operations of professional job recruitment. They engaged in practical, hands-on tasks, such as learning the mechanics behind drafting effective recruitment advertisements. Furthermore, the students had the unique opportunity to sit in on the company’s End of Month Meeting, giving them a genuine taste of corporate dynamics and teamwork.

This interactive experience greatly broadened our students' horizons. By gaining valuable industry insights and interacting directly with professionals, they gathered firsthand information that will be highly beneficial to their future academic and career planning.
