On February 17th, F.2 students participated in an inter-school Ecotechnology Activity Day organized by The Methodist Church, Hong Kong, at the Agricultural Technology Center. They had a chance to visit a traditional fish pond, get in contact with animals and extract pearls from shells. Student could also enjoy Poon Choi (盆菜), which is intangible cultural heritage. These engaging activities not only highlighted the significance of sustainable development but also inspired students to respect life and cherish natural resources.
