F.1 Mindfulness for Well-being

To promote well-being among students, a mindfulness program is introduced to F.1 students. “Mindfulness” is being aware of what one’s sensing and feeling in the present moment. With this practice,  students can cultivate focus, self-awareness, and emotion regulation skills.

 

We hope that students can acquire an essential life skill to regulate their emotions and increase their sense of well-being.
