The STMC Model United Nations Club joined a two-day conference held by the Singapore Chinese Girls’ School. They were assigned to play the roles of delegates in the Futuristic United Nations Security Council. As representatives of different countries, they discussed global security issues with other delegates from Singapore and overseas schools.

In preparation, our students conducted extensive research and wrote position papers. During the discussions, they not only practised their public speaking skills, but also gained insight into crucial international issues and learnt from the perspectives of others from various backgrounds.
