To let students experience the festive atmosphere and celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, the Chinese Language and Music Departments specially prepared a classical Chinese music performance for all students in the morning. It included a rendition of "Colorful Clouds Chasing the Moon"(彩雲追月) played on pipa, flute, and guzheng as well as the choir singing of “The Moon Represents My Heart"(月亮代表我的心). The Chinese Language Department also distributed self-designed bookmarks, which features poems about the Mid-Autumn Festival and the moon. At noon, a lantern riddle-guessing activity was held in the library. Winners were given prizes. Our students actively participated in all these activities and enjoyed a joyful day.
