Let’s celebrate a cinematic triumph at STMC! Our English Panel has ingeniously integrated the Filmit Competition to instill values education into our curriculum. Embracing the theme "Symphony of Love and Growth" while resonating profoundly with our school's 40th-anniversary theme "Gratitude, Love, and Legacy", all F.4 students embarked on a creative journey through filmmaking. Among the outstanding submissions shortlisted by the EDB NET section, "You are my sunshine", crafted by 4C Angel Chow, Chloe Wong, Meko Chan, Stephanie Wong, and Trista Liu, clinched the prestigious “Best Cinematography Award” in the 1-minute short video category, surpassing hundreds of entries. To witness the glory of their achievement, our Principal, Ms. Cheung, and the dedicated teacher advisor Mr. Tsang joined the award presentation ceremony on July 4th, 2024. Not only does this accolade honour the talented filmmakers, but it also symbolizes the dedication and excellence of all the students who poured their hearts into the filmmaking process. A true testament to the spirit of creativity and collaboration at STMC!
