Our F.2 students recently embarked on a visit to HydroGro, a local hydroponics farm, to explore the practices of modern agriculture. Through this interactive tour, students learnt firsthand how advanced technology is utilized to enhance crop productivity. To enrich their learning experience, they enjoyed a fresh produce tasting session and participated in a hands-on activity planting their own microgreens. This rewarding learning experience raised our students' awareness of the importance of local farming effectively while deepening their understanding of how hydroponic farms can help maintain the local food supply.
